As June 30th approaches - good time to formulate & think about goals & thoughts for the year ahead. Having been in the real estate industry for 13yrs, has seen the market go a full cycle from boom to bust. Since 200 when the First Home Owners Grant was introduced there has been unprecedented growth . In this time of "correction" there is more requirement for
a/ Persistence : Character trait exhibited by winners &
b/ Perseverance : Keep on knocking even when the door is shut!

NINJA loans .....No Income No Job or Assets;

these loans, written at low rates for a "honeymoon" period eventually struck problems when rates increased past what they could afford and they walked out of the property/loan.
Meanwhile these groups of mortgages where on sold to various entities/banks around the globe and they have all suffered huge losses......sorry we stuffed up!!!!
