Peter part of one's investement strategy is to prepare for retirement. Many people set investments up and don't take a lot of notice of them ie. buy shares and put them in the bottom drawer for years.
If you increase your return over 10-15 years it makes a huge difference.
Buying and selling shares is dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.
Know how to identify problem shares.
Know how to manage shares.
You need an effective exit strategy.
Have plans in place to protect your assets if things go wrong.
Minimum amount to get into shares $10k if heavily involved $25k can do well.

Tabulam Races- Well Almost

The races were cancelled because of the flu but that didn't stop us have a relaxing time eating, drinking and socializing with even a little fence fixing.
We were not deterred by the occasional showers and by all reports a good time had by all.
A visit to Jean-Claude's French Restaurant for Sunday lunch was fabulous. If you get the opportunity to visit Mallanganee NSW then the restaurant should be a must.
